Job summary: REEB — Real Estate Equity Builders — is hiring local Acquisition Assistants for a performance-based real estate wholesaling role in Orange County / Orlando, FL. Our CRM and AI Assistant support much of the initial lead qualification. You will help meet prospective sellers when needed, evaluate properties, document condition, gather accurate information, and support qualified opportunities as they move toward contract.
Responsibilities:
- Meet prospective sellers when required.
- Visit and evaluate properties when authorized and safe.
- Take photos, notes, and condition observations.
- Confirm basic property and seller information.
- Communicate professionally with property owners.
- Coordinate with REEB leadership on next steps.
- Update the CRM with field notes and deal status.
Requirements:
- Local availability in Orange County / Orlando, FL.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with camera.
- Professional communication and follow-up discipline.
- Comfort with property visits and basic condition observations.
- Real estate experience helpful but not required.
- Must follow all legal, safety, and property-access rules.
Compensation: Independent contractor / performance-based role. $1,000 per closed transaction according to REEB's written compensation terms. Estimated pay range shown reflects a target of approximately 2 closings per month at roughly 20 hours per week; actual earnings depend on closings and are not a guaranteed hourly wage.
