Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Painting Field Employee Manager to lead and oversee our painting operations on construction sites. Duties
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of painting technicians and laborers across multiple construction sites to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align painting activities with overall project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards, and uphold quality control standards.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and prepare work plans.
- Manage procurement of materials and supplies.
- Oversee compliance with all safety regulations and maintain thorough documentation of site activities.
- Expected to report directly to the General Operations Manager daily and work closely with the Project Manager.
Skills
- Experience in construction site management/supervision with a focus on painting operations.
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and scope sheets.
- Proven management and supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety.
- Skilled in project scheduling and quality control measures.
- Technical aptitude with equipment such as spray machines.
