Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various mechanical and electrical systems. Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC/R, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical components to identify potential problems early.
- Assist with construction or renovation projects by supporting installation or upgrade of systems and equipment as needed.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Lead vendors and coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or upgrades to ensure timely completion.
Skills
- Proven experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, or related fields with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Service technician experience with a focus on office flips and maintenance across various systems.
- Painting and drywall patching
- Lighting repairs. and basic electrical
- Basic plumbing and fixture repair
- Fire life safety and municipality rules and regulations
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction skills for installation or upgrade projects.
- Leadership qualities capable of guiding team members or coordinating with contractors during maintenance activities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
