Plie Promotions is a rapidly growing small business seeking a part time Quality & Fulfillment Associate to help fulfill our customer’s orders. We specialize in creating high quality custom athletic wear and accessories.

Responsibilities:
The Quality & Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Sort orders: Organize incoming materials
- Inspect for quality: As the last point of contact before shipping, verify that the product meets our quality standards
- Fold product and package: Fold size kit items and package to be shipped out
- Pack boxes for shipment: Determine box size for each order and pack items accordingly
- Create shipping documents: Use Windows PC to create shipping labels, packing slips, and pickup requests
- Track inventory of shipping materials: Notify General Manager when kanban items need to be reordered
- Maintain a clean work area: Keep work area clean and organized with daily and weekly cleaning
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role):
This position is for a person that meets the following:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets and shipping software experience preferred)
- Be able to lift and carry boxes weighing 10-50 lbs. and bend, reach, and lift
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Strong attention to detail
- Communicate any issues or questions
- Able to manage time effectively to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred but not required
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
