With shops across Portland and Vancouver and a strong membership model, we’re building a system-driven, people-first operation—and we’re looking for a Shop Manager to lead daily performance at our upcoming new location in Tigard.

What You’ll Do
You are the daily leader of the shop—responsible for technician performance, workflow, customer experience, and a clean, safe, efficient operation.
1. Lead & Support the Team
- Run morning huddles and set daily goals
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Assist with hiring, performance conversations, and terminations
- Foster a positive, communication-rich environment
2. Manage Shop Flow & Productivity
- Monitor cycle time and technician workload
- Assign work and coordinate with Virtual Service Advisors
- Oversee DVIs, inspections, and repair accuracy
- Catch issues early (misdiagnoses, comebacks, bottlenecks)
3. Maintain a Safe & Organized Shop
- Keep the shop clean, compliant, and equipment-ready
- Partner with vendors for tools, equipment, and parts needs
- Ensure accurate parts ordering, returns, and inventory
4. Deliver a Great Customer Experience
- Warm, accurate check-ins and expectation-setting
- Assist with questions, concerns, and escalations
- Present estimates when needed and support Service Advisor communication
- Ensure smooth drop-off and pick-up experiences
5. Own the Shop’s Performance
- Track KPIs, sales, and technician productivity
- Drive the shop to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals
- Control expenses, manage labor hours, and support accounting

What You Bring
- 3+ years as an Automotive Shop Manager or Service Manager
- Strong understanding of technician workflow & repair order structure
- High comfort with technology
- Experience in estimating, parts sourcing, and labor times
- Strong communication and decision-making
- A positive, team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Physical requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent walking/standing; exposure to typical shop noise.
