Field Apprentice – Mechanical / Hands-On (No Experience Required)

What You’ll Do
- Assist Field Service Technicians on job sites
- Learn to clean and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves)
- Perform hands-on mechanical work using tools
- Follow detailed procedures and checklists
- Help with setup, breakdown, and material handling

Schedule
- Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday)
- Weekday shifts may vary (day or night depending on job)
- Schedule is provided at least 2 weeks in advance
- Must be willing to travel to job sites

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable with physical work
- Attention to detail
- Must be 21+
- Ability to pass drug screening
Preferred (Not Required)
- Mechanical or hands-on experience
- Trade school or technical background
