Job Overview
We are a high-end Class-C motorhome manufacturer located in Venice, Florida, and are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team.
Our company has been family-owned and operated for 41 years, and we take pride in building some of the highest-rated Class-C motorhomes in the industry. We start with a bare cutaway chassis and build a complete luxury motorhome from the ground up.
Position Overview
We are looking for an individual who can become a key contributor within our Electrical Department. This position involves both hands-on installation work and electrical system design, development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience to evaluate our existing electrical systems, recommend improvements, develop solutions to achieve new design goals, and assist in implementing those solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with 12-volt automotive/RV electrical systems
- Experience working with 110/120-volt AC electrical systems
- Experience with lithium battery systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to system design improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing electrical systems for RVs, marine applications, specialty vehicles, or similar industries
- Ability to create and revise electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with inverters, converters, battery management systems (BMS), solar charging systems, and multiplex wiring systems
- CAD or electrical drafting experience
