Heritage Heights Senior Living, located in Oregon City, Oregon, is locally owned and operated. This 75-unit community consists of both independent and assisted living options, providing residents with a comfortable and supportive environment.
Our team is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. At Heritage Heights, you’ll work in a warm, family-like setting with a strong sense of community and long-standing staff. Employees enjoy a collaborative environment where every role plays an important part in enriching the lives of our residents.
Kitchen Aides provide a variety of services to our residents including:
· Serving Meals in our dining room
· Prepping ingredients for meals
· Washing used dishes and cookware
· Delivering meal tray's to resident rooms
- Be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, team members, and visitors.
- Help residents with removing used dishes from rooms
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen aide experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Pay: Starting at$16/hr+ (based on experience)
- $1/hr Monthly Attendance Bonus
Set Schedules:
· 7:30am to 6pm, currently Sunday through Tuesday
