The IceHaus Kitchen and Bar is a modern sports bar and restaurant located inside Seven Bridges Ice Arena, serving great food and creating memorable experiences for hockey families, athletes, and our community.
Lead the bar while delivering exceptional hospitality and mentoring the front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine and beverages.
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Train bartenders.
- Maintain bar cleanliness.
- Manage inventory support.
- Promote specials and events.
- Support tournament operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years bartending experience.
- Leadership preferred.
- BASSET certified or willing.
- Excellent communication and hospitality.
Compensation
- $9.00–$11.00/hour based on experience plus tips.
- Quarterly performance bonus up to $500 based on guest feedback, beverage quality, attendance, teamwork, cleanliness, leadership, and restaurant performance.
