Job Summary:
Mon-Friday 5.30pm-8:30pm
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning methods and schedules
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
