Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Answer phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, addressing guest needs and forwarding messages accurately
- Coordinate maintenance requests with the appropriate team members to ensure timely resolution of issues affecting guest comfort and safety
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety during incidents or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and incident reports while ensuring data confidentiality
- Support guest relations by resolving complaints efficiently and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
- Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management systems (PMS)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and problem-solving ability
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience, especially in resort settings or night audit functions, is advantageous
- Strong communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
