A well-established Beloit-based general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join its growing Custom Homes Division. With a strong backlog of industrial, commercial, and residential work across multiple states, this company offers long-term stability and a steady pipeline of projects.
The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day construction of high-end custom homes in the Lake Geneva and Fontana area, managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, and jobsite safety from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:

Superintendent experience in single-family residential construction

Experience with luxury custom homes and high-end finishes strongly preferred

Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and communication skills

Ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget
This opportunity is best suited for a seasoned residential builder who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working on some of Southeast Wisconsin's premier custom homes. The client prefers candidates on the higher end of the experience spectrum and is willing to compensate accordingly.
