Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Prospecting: Proactively find potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and industry networking events.
- Cold Calling/Outreach: Initiate contact with agents via phone, email, and social media to pitch joining the brokerage.
- Interviewing & Screening: Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a database of candidates and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor offerings, commission splits, and team structures to ensure the brokerage's offer is competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Mindset: Strong ability to persuade and influence agents to change brokerages.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for networking and outreach.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of the local real estate market, licensing requirements, and agent needs.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
