We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative for a Dive & Surf Shop to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied. Must be able to work weekends. Scuba diving experience recommended but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
- Assist with scuba equipment, snorkeling gear, and retail merchandise.
- Process sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock inventory and keep the showroom clean and organized.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Help promote dive classes, trips, and events.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and inventory management.
- Support instructors and staff during busy weekends and special events.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
