We are hiring for Order Fulfillment department, encompassing the following tasks:
1. Order Fulfillment Specialist
- Locate and pull sold items from inventory
- Verify order accuracy before packaging
- Organize and maintain efficient warehouse systems
- Process orders in a timely manner
2. Shipping & Packaging Specialist
- Safely package books for shipment
- Select appropriate packaging materials and methods
- Print shipping labels and prepare orders for pickup or drop off
- Maintain packaging supply inventory
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle books and materials with care
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, retail, or e-commerce experience
- Experience with inventory management systems and shipment procedures
