We are currently seeking entry-level and motivated candidates to join our growing team of Legal Assistants. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the attorneys in our firm resolve open legal issues with defendants who are contacting our office for case updates. Our Legal Assistants often have a high-volume workload, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to data accuracy and an ability to prioritize work and make quick and accurate decisions. This includes document management, correspondence, telephonic communication with defendants in active litigation, and negotiating resolution of open court cases. Ideal candidates should have the following skills:
