About the Role
FLEET is hiring full-time W-2 drivers to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for our clients. You'll be a trusted part of our clients' medical and essential appointments — getting them where they need to go, on time, every time. This is a stable, career-focused role — not gig work. We provide the vehicle, gas, and maintenance. You bring professionalism and care.
What We Provide
- Company vehicle, fuel, and maintenance
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Overtime pay at $27/hr after 40 hours
- Accrued sick time
- Driver app for scheduling, communication, and performance tracking
Your Schedule
- 40–50 hours/week | 6 days/week (5 full days + 1 half day)
- Operating window mostly: 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Routes assigned daily within the service area (Boston/South Shore)— no long-haul or overnight trips
Responsibilities
- Safely and courteously transport clients to their scheduled destinations
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies for daily conduct
- Provide a calm, professional, and respectful experience for every passenger
- Log arrivals and drop-offs accurately via company app
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers and passengers
- Keep the vehicle clean at all times. Fill the gas tank before each shift
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly
- Report all incidents (accidents, client behavior, police presence) to dispatch immediately
- Follow company policies for daily conduct
Requirements
- Valid driver's license issued in MA, NY, CT, RI, or NH with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience in the U.S.
- Clean criminal background (required)
- Negative drug and alcohol test (required) pre-employment and during employment as needed
- Strong punctuality, communication, and customer service skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
- Comfortable with GPS tracking, app-based scheduling, and dispatcher communication
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
