Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Active Maryland CNA-I certification
- Previous experience as a GNA/CNA preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing and feeding.
- Respond to resident call lights and general needs or requests.
- Transport patients.
- Responsible for cleanliness of equipment.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment.
- Deliver quality care to residents.
