What You’ll Do As a Landscape Crew Member, you will help transform and maintain beautiful green spaces for our clients! Working as a key Landscaper on our field team, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating outdoor power equipment such as zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Performing lawn care services including weedeating, grass cutting, edging, mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs.
- Assisting the Groundskeeper team with routine grounds maintenance and special outdoor projects.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards as assigned by your supervisor.
What You Bring To The Team
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Proven experience operating zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great team-first attitude.
