Bruncheonette is looking for a part time host/hostess to join our team. Hours of operation are 7am to 2pm. MUST be available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Greet and seat customers to their tables
- Arrange table settings and maintain a clean dining area
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to dish pit and sort
- Able to time and control the flow of customers when seating
Requirements:
- Prefer previous experience in the food service industry or as a host/ hostess
- Hands on experience with a cash register, Point of Sale System, and/or waitlist management
- Ability to multi task in a busy environment
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team Spirit
Compensation: Base wage ($17.13 per hour) PLUS daily profit share and additional tips
