Position: Assistant Manager - Shuttle Operations
Location: Charleston International Airport
Shifts: Will vary but will include weekends

The Shuttle Operations, Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and, when delegated, leading the overall management of a parking facility. This role supervises staff, manages operational processes, and exercises independent judgment in staffing, client relations, and financial performance. The Assistant Manager acts as second-in-command and assumes full operational responsibility in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Supervise and manage location staff, including delegating tasks, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Participate in hiring decisions, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees; make recommendations for promotions and terminations.
• Assist in scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and property managers when delegated; attend meetings and resolve client concerns to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor and manage facility maintenance and safety standards, including overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring timely completion.
• Manage daily shuttle operations, ensuring timely and safe transportation services across designated routes and schedules.
• Lead and support shuttle drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee a 24/7 operational location, ensuring continuous service delivery, shift coverage, and operational excellence across all hours.
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports; make operational adjustments to achieve budget goals and improve profitability.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving escalated guest concerns, operational issues, and staffing challenges.
• Respond to incidents and accidents promptly, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and reporting requirements.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members at all times.

• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Airport or transit operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in transportation, parking, or related operations.
• Valid Driver License and good driving record.
• Valid Medical Examiner Certificate
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, MVR check, and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
