Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant II works for the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine program and provides administrative duties. This position will assist the staff members and management daily. The role will work closely with the TCHATT Sr. Program Coordinator, Referral Coordinators, Outreach Team, and TCHATT stakeholders to help provide support as needed.
Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks

Maintains and orders program supplies

Performs monthly reconciliation of departmental accounts

Answers telephone lines and handle calls in a professional manner

Facilitates as a backup to the referral coordinators when needed

Assists Sr. Program Coordinator in scheduling and attending psychiatry appointments

A support staff to outreach team
-
Participates in outreach and engagement activities
-
Copying, scanning, faxing, printing, fining, organizing.

Collaborate with compiling and maintaining documents for various reporting events.
-
Keep databases up to date.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
-
Three (3) years of related work experience.
-
May accept a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education / Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in psychology or closely related field.
-
One (1) year of clerical experience.
-
Database knowledge.

Extensive experience with the use of Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Pro Software, and an ability to learn various other programs.

Additional Information
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
