We’re looking for a CMM Programmer to join our Metrology – Global Process Technology team at our Global Headquarters in Easton, PA. In this role, you’ll develop, validate, and maintain coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs that ensure measurement accuracy across our Corporate Metrology Lab and global manufacturing facilities. You’ll work closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to define measurement strategies and inspection plans that support dimensional verification worldwide. This is an opportunity to shape global metrology standards using industry-leading PC-DMIS and PolyWorks technology — with a relocation package offered for the right candidate.

Develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs for the Corporate Metrology Lab and multiple manufacturing locations worldwide

Program 3D scanning workflows using PolyWorks for part inspection, reverse engineering, and dimensional reporting

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to define measurement strategies and inspection plans

Provide hands-on support and training to inspectors on running CMM and 3D scanning programs

Assist inspection teams with interpreting dimensional data and reports

Evaluate and troubleshoot measurement issues, program errors, and system deviations

Maintain documentation, program revision control, and best practices for global CMM use

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement efficiency and repeatability across all sites

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience programming CMMs, preferably using PC-DMIS
-
Experience with PolyWorks for 3D scanning and point-cloud inspection

Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology principles, and dimensional analysis

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models

Effective communication and training skills with inspection and production teams

Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis ability
