What You'll Learn
- Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Print Production and File Preparation
- Customer Service and Sales
- Office Management and Organization
- Large Format Printing and Sign Production

- Business Operations and Workflow Management
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Create and edit artwork for print projects
- Prepare files for production
- Help with printing, finishing, packaging, and order fulfillment
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Track projects and communicate with customers
- Support daily office operations
- Learn all aspects of a modern print and marketing business
