A Rare Opportunity for a Texas RPLS to Build Something Big
Ready to leave behind the endless client hustle, unpaid invoices, and constant job chasing?
At Yalgo Engineering, you’ll join a fast-growing Texas engineering and surveying team with a unique advantage: we work exclusively in-house for the WBW Development family of land development companies. That means a steady pipeline of projects, long-term growth, and the ability to focus on what you actually enjoy — surveying, development, and building communities across Central Texas.
This is more than a job. It’s a chance to help shape the future of one of the region’s rapidly expanding development groups while becoming an integral part of our team.

- Scheduling
- Boundary surveys
- Platting and easement drafting
- Construction staking

- Supporting active land development projects from start to finish
This is a hands-on leadership role - not just behind a desk. Field work is part of the job when needed, keeping you connected to the projects you help create.
