Job Summary
We are hiring experienced CDL-A Day Cab Drivers for a dedicated daily lane. Drivers will depart from their origin, meet a partner driver at a designated swap location, exchange equipment, and return to origin. This is a home-daily position with a consistent schedule and predictable routine.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A day cab tractor safely and professionally.
- Run a dedicated lane 5 days per week, including weekends.
- Drive to a designated meet location, swap trucks, and return to origin.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tractor and trailer.
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations, including HOS compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs, DVIRs, and trip paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or route updates.
- Operate safely during night-time driving when required.
- Ensure freight is properly secured inside dry van trailers (no-touch unless required).
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license and current medical card.
- 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Ability to operate manual transmission tractors (if required).
- Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to perform basic cargo securement and follow loading/unloading procedures.
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow a consistent daily schedule.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
