We are seeking a degree-holding team member who can support both clinical services and day-to-day clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in ABA, behavioral health, education, psychology, social work, or human services and is interested in growing into a more advanced clinical or supervisory support role.
The Behavioral Services & Operations Coordinator will provide direct client support as an RBT, assist with behavior management services when clinically and payer appropriate, and support office/HR-related operations such as onboarding, documentation tracking, scheduling support, staff communication, and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct services as an RBT under BCBA supervision and Behavior Modification Specialist when needed.
- Implement behavior plans, skill programs, and data collection procedures.
- Assist with behavior management support, caregiver/staff coaching materials, and follow-through as assigned.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Support onboarding, training tracking, credential tracking, and staff file organization.
- Assist with scheduling communication, coverage needs, forms, reminders, and compliance checklists.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, payer, and company requirements.
- Communicate concerns, updates, and task progress to leadership.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and flexible. This person should be comfortable working with clients, supporting staff, completing office tasks, and learning both the clinical and operational sides of behavioral services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in psychology, education, social work, human services, behavioral health, or related field.
- Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, education, disabilities, or human services preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Ability to work directly with clients and complete administrative tasks.
- Must pass required background checks and meet company and payer requirements.
Pay
Compensation is based on education, credentials, experience, and ability to perform both clinical and operational duties.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
