Carr Hardware is a locally owned, community-focused hardware retailer with a long-standing reputation for outstanding service and teamwork. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Keyholder to support daily store operations and help lead the floor when management is not present.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone by helping customers find products and solutions for their projects.
- Assist with opening and closing the store, including securing the building and following cash-handling and safety procedures.
- Act as the manager-on-duty during assigned shifts when store management is not present.
- Support daily store operations, including register coverage, task coordination, and workflow support.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor.
- Assist with stocking, inventory counts, signage, and promotional displays.
- Support and guide other associates by modeling best practices.
- Monitor store activity and follow all loss-prevention and safety policies.
- Communicate operational issues, customer feedback, or concerns to store leadership.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
