The hours are varied, and sometimes long. This position is seasonal, but provides an excellent opportunity to earn a lot of money in a short amount of time :)
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate Square POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Serve customers with friendly, efficient service while upselling menu items to enhance sales.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including food handling, and cleaning work areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels throughout shifts.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems; previous cashiering experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions, retail math calculations, and cash handling accurately.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
