We are a small family owned and operated brewery. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Bartender/Server/Relief Host, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether on a bartending, serving, or host shift, your enthusiasm and professionalism will be vital to our vibrant environment.
Responsibilities
- Pour and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, hard seltzers, sake, sake cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely and friendly service while maintaining attention to detail and running your food to the tables
- Use Toast POS system for order entry and cash handling with precision
- Support management by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
- Step in as a Relief Host for scheduling needs, greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, efficient seating, taking phone orders, and serving/selling wait beers as well as to-go beers
- Uphold excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain knowledge of beer varieties, brewing processes, drink menu, and food handling procedures to provide expert information to guests
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Skills
- A minimum of 3 years high volume full service serving experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities.
- Experience in hospitality environments that demand attention to detail and high-quality service standards
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while multitasking between serving tables and preparing drinks.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques within the food industry
