Most RBT jobs treat you like a number - packed schedules, long unpaid gaps between sessions, and zero support when a session goes sideways. We're not that.
True Care Behavior is growing in the Colorado Springs area, and we're looking for part-time RBTs who actually want to be good at this work - and want a team that helps them get there.
Here's the catch: this role includes cases in Monument, CO (about 20 miles north of the Springs), so you'll need very reliable transportation and be genuinely okay with the drive. If a regular commute up to Monument doesn't work for you, this isn't the right fit - but we may have other Springs-area cases down the road.
What you're walking into:
- A clinical team that supports you - when a session gets hard, you've got real people to think through it with, not a "figure it out" shrug
- A full RBT training team (if you're newer, we'll actually train you, not throw you in)
- BCBAs who stick around and supervise like they mean it
- Steady, consistent cases - we respect your time and don't jerk your schedule around
Pay & details:
- $23–$30/hr, depending on experience and certification
- Part-time
- Cases in Colorado Springs and Monument, CO
- Flexible scheduling that works around school or another job
Who we're looking for:
- RBT certification preferred - but if you're working toward it or have relevant experience (childcare, paraprofessional, ABA coursework, psychology background), we're open and willing to train the right person
- Very reliable transportation - you'll be driving to client sessions, including regular trips to Monument
- Patience, warmth, and a genuine interest in helping kids grow
- Someone dependable - families count on you showing up
