Looking for an experienced asphalt batch plant operator
Experience operating a batch plant is preferred; however, we are willing to train an experienced drum mix plant operator to transition into batch plant operations.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
- Operate and monitor an asphalt batch plant to produce high-quality asphalt mixes.
- Ensure proper mix designs and production specifications are met.
- Monitor plant performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with plant personnel, truck drivers, and management to maintain efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
