We're looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in delivering exceptional service, solving problems, and building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and recommend solutions to customers
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate service documentation, invoices, and job notes
- Keep your company vehicle organized and properly stocked
- Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Mentor and assist apprentices as needed
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years HVAC service experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Desire to continue learning and growing within the HVAC industry
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
