Next Generation Construction is seeking to add a Maintenance/Handyman. This position will work with our Property & Residential team for warranty/maintenance services. Previous experience as in the construction field is preferred. Come join our expanding team and be a part of something new and exciting.
*Responsibilities*
- Assess and address claims
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and staff
- Record and report progress to management

*Requirements*
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of tools, handling, and operation
- Previous experience as a handyman is a plus
- Basic understanding of technology, basic smartphone & computer skills
-Must have a valid driver's license
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
