Position Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP ABAP Developers & Support Analysts with expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) to support enterprise transportation and logistics initiatives. This role is responsible for developing, customizing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and supporting SAP TM solutions while ensuring system stability, performance, and business continuity.
The ideal candidate has strong SAP ABAP development experience, production support expertise, and the ability to collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance, and support SAP TM applications using ABAP.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for SAP TM and related logistics modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEF), BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData Services, and CDS Views.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations between SAP and external applications using web services and RESTful APIs.
- Optimize system performance through debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning.
- Support SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments while following SAP development standards and best practices.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, testing, deployments, and documentation.
- Maintain technical documentation for custom developments, system configurations, enhancements, and support procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of SAP ABAP development and/or production support experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Hands-on experience supporting or developing within SAP Transportation Management (TM).
- Strong ABAP programming experience, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.

- Experience with SAP logistics modules including TM, MM, SD, LE, and EWM
- Exposure to Java, Python, cloud technologies, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
