Achieve Independent Milestones is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Day Program Life Skills Instructors / Direct Support Professionals. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with mild intellectual or developmental disabilities or autism.
Through our program, you will help clients build essential life skills and achieve greater independence by supporting money management, health, self-advocacy, interpersonal life skills, community integration/access, safety, problem solving, behavioral deficits and other identified areas. Our community based program allows you to work with clients in the community setting to strengthen their skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week, generally between 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Location: Opening in our Sacramento/Roseville division
What You'll Do:
- Empower: Provide individualized training and support to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their goals.
- Inspire: Create a positive and supportive learning environment where individuals can thrive.
- Transport: Safely transport clients within their community to participate in various activities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

What We Require:
- Valid High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, TB test, and drug screen
- Valid California Driver's License and a reliable vehicle you are comfortable using for work purposes
