We are seeking a reliable and skilled Repossession Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle various towing situations safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent conflict management skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Manage conflict effectively with customers during stressful situations.
- Load and unload vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Valid Montana driver's license.
- Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
