Weston Lakes Country Club is looking for experienced and motivated kitchen professionals to join our culinary team.
We are currently hiring for Prep Cooks, Line Cooks, and Chef-level positions in a private country club environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing ingredients and menu items according to club standards
- Cooking and plating food during service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of stations
- Following recipes, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Assisting with daily prep, events, banquets, and restaurant service
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler’s Certificate preferred or ability to obtain
- Culinary experience required for higher-level cook and chef roles
