As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will spend much of your day communicating with healthcare professionals, developing relationships, overcoming objections, and helping candidates take the next step in their careers. At the same time, you will help hospitals and healthcare facilities maintain the staff they need to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary
The Healthcare Recruiter develops and implements recruiting and sales strategies to identify, engage, and place qualified healthcare professionals in contract and travel assignments throughout the United States.
The Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, guiding them through the recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and assignment process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, organization, competitiveness, and the ability to build trust over the phone.
What You’ll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain a nationwide network of qualified healthcare candidates
- Source candidates through phone calls, emails, referrals, job boards, social media, and networking
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Learn each candidate’s experience, goals, preferences, and career interests
- Match candidates with contract and travel opportunities that fit their qualifications
- Present opportunities and confidently communicate the value of working with Prime Time Healthcare
- Build competitive pay packages and explain contract details clearly
- Overcome objections and help candidates confidently make career decisions
- Guide candidates through onboarding, credentialing, and assignment preparation
- Provide ongoing customer service and support throughout each assignment
- Assist with conflict resolution and problem-solving when challenges arise
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting and sales goals
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within company systems
- Collaborate with account managers, credentialing specialists, payroll, housing, and other internal departments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous sales, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare staffing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently over the phone
