Starting Salary - $50k to $55k Depending on experience
Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy B2B Account Executive with a strong sales mindset. This is a hunter role — you will be responsible for generating new business, building a pipeline of clients, and closing staffing deals with hiring managers, HR teams, and business owners.
If you enjoy cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and closing deals, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits
- Identify decision-makers (HR Managers, Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Owners)
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new staffing opportunities
- Sell staffing solutions tailored to client workforce needs
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits
- Close new accounts and grow existing relationships
- Partner with recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals (calls, visits, appointments, revenue)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong B2B sales or outside sales experience (staffing experience a plus, not required)
- Proven ability to cold call and generate new business
- Comfortable being on the phone and in the field daily
- Strong closing skills and a competitive mindset
- Self-starter with a “hunter mentality”
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation required
