As a Loan Servicing Specialist II – Escrow, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our mortgage servicing operations run accurately, efficiently, and smoothly. Reporting to the Director, Loan Servicing you’ll specialize in escrow administration, including tax and insurance payments, escrow analysis, account reconciliation, and issue resolution. Your attention to detail and ability to work across teams will help ensure members receive accurate, timely, and compliant mortgage servicing support.

Process and review Tax Amount Reports (TARs) received from CoreLogic to ensure accurate tax information and payment processing.

Review borrower-submitted tax bills and coordinate updates to ensure accurate reporting and electronic payments.

Manage and respond to member and internal Help Scout requests with timely, accurate, and professional service.

Provide consistent phone coverage and support for mortgage servicing operations.

Analyze tax and insurance disbursements, identify payment variances, and make appropriate adjustments to escrow requirements.

Review negative escrow reports, delinquent tax reports, and PMI removal reports, taking appropriate follow-up action.

Perform annual escrow analyses to ensure accurate calculations, regulatory compliance, and appropriate adjustments to borrower escrow requirements.

Reconcile General Ledger accounts by researching transactions, identifying variances, and coordinating corrections.

Monitor and report delinquent property tax statuses, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and coordination with tax authorities and service providers.

Maintain accurate records and documentation while following applicable mortgage servicing regulations, policies, and procedures.

Support projects and process improvements that enhance servicing efficiency and the member experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
3–5 years of loan servicing, mortgage servicing, banking, or credit union experience.

Strong understanding of escrow administration, including tax and insurance payments and escrow analysis.

Knowledge of applicable mortgage servicing regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research discrepancies and identify appropriate solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with members, internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
