What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
- Set your own appointments with homeowners
- Conduct roof inspections and identify customer needs
- Educate homeowners on roof rejuvenation, repair, maintenance, and replacement solutions
- Present customized solutions and close your own sales
- Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through project completion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Partner with operations and leadership to ensure successful project execution
- Help establish and grow the Lapota Contracting brand in expanding markets

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in full-cycle sales preferred
- Experience generating your own leads and closing business is highly valued
- Roofing, solar, alarms, pest control, home improvement, or other in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a strong work ethic
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Desire to grow professionally and develop leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
