THE ROLE
Civic has opened a brand-new office in Columbus, Ohio, and we're looking for a reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented Part-Time Coordinator to be our boots on the ground. This is an exciting opportunity for a college student looking to gain real-world experience within a nationally recognized, award-winning agency.
You'll visit the office 1–2 times per week to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly — keeping things stocked, organized, and ready for action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct regular office check-ins (1–2x per week) to ensure the space is fully operational
- Restock supplies and manage inventory levels
- Receive and process incoming packages and deliveries
- Unpack and organize office supplies and materials
- Run local errands as needed to support the team
- Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks as they arise
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Currently enrolled as a college student
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred:
- Familiarity with general office management or administrative tasks
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
