As a Client Account Representative, you will gain hands-on experience generating new business, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth while developing the leadership skills needed to manage and mentor a high-performing team. Responsibilities of the Client Account Representative:
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with homeowners to educate them on products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions that best fit their goals and budget.
- Follow up with prospective customers, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities.
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline development using company systems and reporting tools.
Requirements for the Client Account Representative Role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
