About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective CDL drivers, guiding them through the hiring pipeline from initial inquiry to orientation.

Key Responsibilities
- Driver Sourcing & Outreach: Screen incoming driver applications, cold-call leads, and actively engage prospective drivers through job boards, social media, and ATS platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, LaneFinder, Indeed).
- Qualification Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates based on company hiring standards, driving history, and FMCSA safety requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Guide drivers through the recruitment process—scheduling drug tests, coordinating road tests, and booking travel/lodging for orientation.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the Safety Department to ensure all background checks, MVRs, and Driver Qualification Files (DQF) are completed efficiently.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent communication with candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and ready to join the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of recruiting, phone sales, or driver coordinator experience (experience in the trucking/logistics industry is a strong plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, welcoming phone presence.
- Industry Familiarity: Basic understanding of CDL driver qualifications, DOT regulations, and driver pay structures (CPM, percentage, etc.) preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Workspace / MS Office, and phone software.
- Work Ethic: Motivated, self-driven, and able to manage a high volume of phone calls and driver follow-ups daily.
- Salary: up to $1500 weekly based on experience
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
