Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse populations across outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings. Your expertise will support individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and behavioral health issues. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy to promote optimal mental well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and psychological testing to diagnose and evaluate client needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and autism spectrum disorder support strategies.
- Provide individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
- Participate in intake evaluations to determine client eligibility and establish therapeutic goals.
- Offer telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure platforms to expand access to mental health services across diverse populations.
Skills
- Proven experience in child & family counseling, school-based mental health services, and addiction counseling.
- Strong background in crisis intervention techniques and managing trauma-related disorders such as PTSD.
- Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorder; familiarity with behavioral health strategies is essential.
- Skilled in conducting psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations, and individual psychological assessments.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice principles for mental health diagnostics and treatment planning.
- Competence in providing telehealth therapy sessions with a focus on patient engagement and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with junior clinicians or interns is preferred; ability to mentor others is highly valued.
- Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient settings; experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Excellent client communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Adherence to HIPAA standards, clinical ethical guidelines, and proper management of medical records is mandatory.

Pay: $80.00 - $110.00 per hour
