Duties
- Monitor patient behavior continuously to ensure safety and adherence to treatment plans
- Assist with crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records, including behavioral responses and medication administration
- Implement behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs and treatment goals
- Administer medications as directed by licensed medical personnel following strict protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff and psychiatrists to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care
