Job Summary
Gurry Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including mini-split, Split Systems, Packaged Units, VRF/VRV Systems, Fan Coil Units, AHUs, Chillers, Boilers, Fans, and BAS Controls.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Install HVAC equipment and components as needed.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Participate in an on-call rotation when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
