We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a flexible position that splits time between warehouse operations and customer deliveries based on business needs. One day you may be picking and loading customer orders in the warehouse, while the next you may be delivering products to customers throughout Florida.
Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while maintaining excellent accuracy and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable both behind the wheel and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.

Pick, verify, and pack customer orders accurately.

Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.

Deliver customer orders in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Verify deliveries with customers and obtain required signatures or documentation.

Safely operate company vehicles, including cargo vans and box trucks.

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

Use handheld scanners and warehouse software to receive inventory and fulfill orders.

Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Keep warehouse and delivery vehicles clean, organized, and well maintained.

Report vehicle, equipment, inventory, or safety concerns promptly.

Work closely with warehouse and delivery team members to meet daily operational goals.

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, delivery, or order fulfillment experience preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks is required.

Experience operating 26-foot box trucks is strongly preferred.

Air brake experience is preferred.

Comfortable operating, or willing to be trained to operate, forklifts and reach trucks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate order fulfillment.

Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

Comfortable using handheld scanners, GPS navigation, tablets, or warehouse software.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb in and out of vehicles, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.

Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable performing continuous physical work in both warehouse and delivery environments.

Ability to safely load, secure, and unload customer orders.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy throughout the day.
