Behind the bar and in the front of house, you will prepare high-quality beverages, engage with guests, and support the overall flow of service while maintaining strong standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Position Summary
As a Bar Cashier, you are responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a genuine approach to hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and genuine manner
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency when entering orders into the POS system
- Assess guest needs, make recommendations, and answer questions about beverages
- Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Assist with front of house responsibilities
- Build rapport with guests, including recognizing regulars
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position includes:
- Exposure to high temperatures and cold conditions
- Frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, food items, and common allergens
- Extended standing and walking
- Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motion
- Use of bar and restaurant equipment requiring manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain awareness for safety
